A Clinical Training Intensive is a focused learning experience designed to deepen clinicians' understanding of behavior analysis and instructional design. Each intensive combines conceptual instruction with guided analysis of real clinical situations — not passive lecture-based learning.

Cohorts follow a three-phase structure: three live virtual workshops, a two-day in-person intensive at Precision ABA in Naperville, IL, and a follow-up virtual case review after the intensive.

Participants leave with stronger ability to detect patterns earlier, make more precise clinical decisions, and design instruction more effectively.

Virtual workshops focus on building the foundations of clinical thinking — how to observe before intervening, identifying patterns in learner and staff behavior, instructional sequencing, error analysis, and making decisions when instruction isn't working.

Participants observe live instruction across learners and staff at Precision ABA, analyze behavior and instructional patterns in real time, participate in guided clinical discussions, adjust instructional variables, and receive immediate feedback on clinical reasoning.

After the intensive, participants reconnect virtually to review implementation, refine decision-making based on real cases, and address challenges that arise in practice.

Clinical Training Intensives are designed for BCBAs and advanced clinicians, clinical supervisors and team leads, and organizations developing clinical teams.

Cohorts are intentionally limited to 6 participants — that's the size that allows for real-time coaching and individualized feedback.

Tuition is $2,000, which includes all three virtual workshops and the two-day in-person intensive.
